Research for Professional Services

Original research to help you stand out, build credibility and create high-impact content.

Every firm has opinions. But not every firm has facts. Scribewise’s research practice provides you with proprietary data that is relevant, credible and unignorable. We create and conduct original research studies that fuel your sales and marketing efforts.

The Scribewise approach to research

Our in-house research team creates studies that fuel your content, data journalism, PR and sales enablement efforts. Our proven, streamlined process takes you from concept ideation to finished product without breaking a sweat.

Great research starts with a story. Before we write a single question, we dig into what your audience actually cares about, what your industry debates and what people really want clarity on.

From there, our team owns the technical and analytical work: shaping the concept and storyline, designing the questionnaire, programming and fielding the survey and turning raw data into insights worth publishing.

Here’s the timeline for a typical project

Week 1

Concept alignment and project kickoff

Week 2

Storyline finalization and approval

Week 3

Questionnaire development, programming and soft launch

Week 4-6

Data collection

Week 7

Data analysis and Q&A development

Week 8+

Final key findings delivery and supplemental content creation (as scoped)

Your team will walk away with a narrative-driven key findings deck that’s ready to seed reports, blog posts, PR pitches, social content and sales conversations, not an indecipherable spreadsheet of numbers to decode.

We’re committed to our clients’ success

Our mission is to humanize complex business conversations to help your firm stand out from the sea of sameness. Does it work? Our clients say yes.

Frequently asked questions

How is Scribewise original research different from market research?

Traditional market research is built for internal decision-making. Scribewise research is built for an external audience from the start. Every question and finding is shaped with media coverage, content creation and audience engagement in mind.

How rigorous is the data?

Every study is built to hold up to media scrutiny: Approximately 600 respondents per survey, a 95% confidence level and a margin of error of +/- 4%, so your findings are statistically reliable and ready for external use.

What does Scribewise handle, and what do we need to do?

We own the heavy lifting: concept development, storyline writing, questionnaire design, programming and fielding and data analysis. Your team’s role is lighter but important—align us with objectives and an audience, share your read on the market and turn around timely feedback so the project stays on track.

Do we have to provide a list of survey respondents?

No. We identify the audience and field the survey.
